These precious ballet flats are by Sigerson Morrison for Target, and are listed on the Target website as selling for $29.99 (which is a great price), but my dears I found them at my local Target on SALE for just over $20.00!!! they are available in black with a few different colors in studs available, though I have the silver. I get so many complements when I wear these, and no one can believe where I got them!
FYI, Sigerson Morrison is a couture designer whose shoes sell for upwards of $300! His entire collection for Target is adorable, and you have to love Target for bringing us Couture style at recession prices!
